Cancellation policy:

Please note, you have 24 hours before your booked appointment to cancel or amend your appointment using your confirmation email. 

If you do not cancel or amend your appointment, you will be automatically charged for the full service.

Waiting list:

To join the waiting list for your preferred barber if they are fully booked; please click on your barber of choice and your service. Then, scroll down to ''put me on a waiting list'' where you will fill in your details. Once added to the waiting list, you will receive a text notification when a slot becomes available, giving you 10 minutes to take the slot.

Parking:

Parking can be found on Stanley Mount road with up to 2 hours free parking. Ensure you read all parking signs.
